A time-out for you
Do you feel tired and stressed and do you keep getting caught up in recurring thought patterns? Do you feel off-balance?
Do you long to have more time and quiet space for yourself? Would you like to feel fit and free from worries?
On my 2-day retreats in the midst of the mountains of Lower Austria about one hour away from Vienna you have the chance to relax, draw strength and obtain a clear head and more room to move.
Retreat – concept
I offer a seminar in a very peaceful, calming environment. Depending on your needs, you can either take part in group activities or take more time for yourself to relax or move through the beautiful natural environment surrounding you to begin to top up your energy again.
In my work, I combine experience-oriented and body-oriented approaches with mental training and the latest results from brain research and positive psychology.
Retreat – approach and topics
Duration: 2 days; Friday 3.00 pm until Saturday 5.00 pm
Location: mountains of Lower Austria
Objectives: time-out, finding your inner balance and strength
Topics: easy hikes in nature, time to yourself, mindfulness and meditation exercises, information on how to become more resilient, practicing what you learned, time to rest and relax
Specific topics, methods and the length of the training will be adapted to the group and the individual needs of the participants.
Retreat – approach
On the first afternoon we will take a light hike as a group through the mountains and interact with our natural environment in practicing mindfulness and meditation exercises. Thereafter, you will have time to yourself which you can spend as you wish. In the evening, we cook a meal together and enjoy the peaceful environment, the views and relaxing conversations.
The second day will get started with a short and inspiring morning walk which allows us to take in the wonderful smells, the sounds and the beauty surrounding us. Afterwards, I provide you with information on how to better deal with stressful periods in your life. We will do individual and group exercises and you will learn how to help yourself to become more resilient in your day-to-day life. Then, you will have some time to yourself again which you can spend as you please. The afternoon is spent leisurely with practicing mindfulness and exchanging experiences with the group.
