Do you sense that you would greatly benefit from walking through nature, but you cannot motivate yourself to get out?
Is your head filled with to do’s, but you never seem to be able to take care of all of them? Do you achieve less and it keeps taking you longer?
Then it is time to take a nature-based coaching walk with me and like-minded people in the woods around Vienna.
Walk & talk in the Viennese woods
We walk through a serene, green environment in the woods around Vienna and will do stimulating or relaxing exercises depending on your needs. Every week, I provide you with new information on how you can protect and strengthen your body in stressful periods. You also learn to become more resilient to better cope with challenging periods in your life. Get inspired by the wonderful smells and the natural beauty surrounding you while exchanging experiences with others in the group. Afterwards you feel more relaxed and focused and you can take care of all your tasks with ease and more joy.
Approach and topics
Dates and duration: Tuesday 7.00 am – 8.30 am, Friday 3.00 pm – 4.30 pm; 1,5 hours
Location: e.g. Steinhofgründe, Jubiläumswarte and as agreed upon
Goals: regular walks in nature, activating your strengths, helping you become calmer and more resilient
Topics: regular nature-based coaching walks, mindfulness exercises, short meditative practices, information on how to reduce stress and build resilience, exchange with others
